1. The Defendants:
A. Of the size of 576 square meters in the attached Form 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 30, among the area of 576 square meters in Chungcheong-gun E.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. As to F. G’s 1,481 square meters (hereinafter “F’s land before subdivision”), G completed the registration of ownership preservation on June 8, 1965, and H completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on June 11, 2005.
B. The Plaintiffs completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on October 27, 2015, with respect to shares of 1/4 out of the F land before subdivision on October 27, 2015, and I completed the registration of ownership transfer based on shares of 2/4 out of the F land before subdivision on the same day.
C. On January 2, 2017, in F land before subdivision, 576 square meters (hereinafter “E”) was divided from the land before subdivision. D.
The Plaintiffs completed the transfer registration of shares on January 18, 2017, based on the division of common property owned by I as of January 18, 2017 from January 19, 2017.
Ultimately, the Plaintiffs owned 1/2 shares of each E land.

The Defendants are: (a) part of a building on the ground (A) which is 62.6m2 and 23m2 in order to connect each point of the items indicated in the Appendix No. 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 23m2 in the attached drawings among the land E (hereinafter “instant No. 1 building”).
(B) Ownership a building on the ground (B) part (B) of 64.8 square meters connected in sequence with each point of 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 9, 10, 10, and 36 of the Appendix No. 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 9, 10, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 8 of the Appendix No. 36 of the Map No. 36 (hereinafter “instant land”) among E’s land.

[Ground for Recognition] Facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, Eul evidence Nos. 7 and 8 (including several numbers), the result of the commission of appraisal to the Korea Land Information Corporation in this Court, the fact-finding with respect to the single Military Administration in the Court, the purport of the whole pleadings.
2. According to the above facts of recognition as to the cause of the claim, unless there are special circumstances, the defendants are the plaintiffs of the building 1 of this case.
