Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2013, from around 15:52 to April 00: 24, 2014, the Defendant taken a camera of the mobile phone located in the Gangnam-gu (Seoul), to store 177 women who suffered from 150 times as described in attached Table 1, such as a screen picture of 137 women, bridge, and her mare on 170 occasions as described in the list of crimes in attached Table 1; from around 19:03 on April 25, 2014 to around 19:5: from around 6:03 on May 12, 2014 to around 20: 19:00 on 204, such as a 30-day screen of VLTE cell phone to a mobile phone list of the mobile phone; from around 25:00 on 24:00 on 204, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame using a mobile phone camera against his will.
