Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 08:00 on November 29, 201, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim by assaulting the victim, such as the victim C (the victim of 49 years of age) coming in the traffic of the vehicle, and booming it at a level of 50cc high of the victim's length, which requires approximately 8 weeks of medical treatment.
