1. The Defendant’s KRW 218,400,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from March 14, 2017 to August 9, 2017.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. On July 27, 2017, the Plaintiff sought payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from July 27, 2017. However, in the event of a judgment ordering the performance of all or part of monetary obligations under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings, when the above 15% per annum is declared, the above statutory interest rate is the statutory interest rate which serves as the basis for calculating the amount of damages caused by the nonperformance of monetary obligations, and the above statutory interest rate is applied from the day following the date on which
