C transferred the above credit to the Defendant on April 1, 2015. On July 20, 2015, E transferred the above credit again to the Plaintiff on July 20, 2015, and each transfer date of credit was notified to the Defendant by content-certified mail.

[Ground for recognition: The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 130,00,000,000, and the delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case ( February 18, 2017) to the day of full payment, as the plaintiff seeks.
