1. As to the land listed in Attachment 1, Paragraph 1, “list of Real Estate”;
A. Defendant C is the Suwon District Court.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The persons listed in the separate list of co-owners, including the Plaintiff, Defendant B, and Defendant C, are referred to as “I members” to pursue an ecological community life by jointly investing a certain amount of money, such as purchase of land, construction of housing sites, and operation of joint projects to create housing and profit-making projects for individual members.
B. I members selected JJ as a site for community life and purchased a total of 12,080 square meters of land size of 14 parcels of land in total in KRW 1.35 billion.
C. However, the above members are unable to transfer registration under the name of I and they completed the transfer registration in the name of some members.
Among them, 5,811 square meters in J-si in Ansan-si is under the name of K and L, Ma 16,215 square meters in the name of P, Q, R, etc. P, 16,215 square meters in the name of P, Q, and R, 7,174 square meters in the name of T and U, and 7,174 square meters in the name of attached Form 1, 3 in the name of Defendant C, and each land listed in paragraph (2) of the same Table in the name of Defendant B, respectively.
Specifically, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer from Defendant D on March 17, 2014 as the receipt No. 10629 on March 21, 2014 with regard to the land listed in Attached List No. 1 List No. 1 from Defendant D.
E. In addition, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer from Defendant E with respect to each of the lands listed in the separate sheet No. 2-A, B, C, D, and E from Defendant E on December 5, 2013 as the receipt of No. 4988 of the Suwon District Court on December 17, 2013 due to sale and purchase on December 5, 2013, as to each of the lands listed in the separate sheet No. 2-B, and as to each of the lands listed in the independent sheet No. 2-B, the Suwon District Court’s Ansan District Office on December 17, 2013, as the receipt of the separate sheet No. 5167 on December 30, 2013, respectively. The registration of ownership transfer is completed under Defendant F (3/7 shares), Defendant G (2/7 shares), Defendant H (2/7 shares), and Defendant H (2/7 shares) as the receipt of the original District Court on January 13, 2014.
