A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant and C co-principals of the Defendant and C, who are in their custody for non-financial purposes from D, are those who manage a non-financial warehouse (one original) with various kinds of assets, such as government bonds, etc., from D, and their employees and U.S. CIA personnel, misrepresenting the victims as “Cheongdae-dae special non-financial organization operation team,” and conspired the victims to receive 0 to 00 Y from the victims to 50 Y's money and receive 0 Y's money from the victims to 10 Y's money under the pretext of delivery. The Defendant did not receive 0 Y's money from the victim's office on April 4, 2013. The Defendant received 0 to 10 Y's money from the victim's office under the pretext of 0 Y's own financial or non-financial power. The Defendant received 0 Y's money from the victim's 3rd to 5 Y's own financial or non-public funds.

Accordingly, the defendant and C shall have the right of KRW 50 million from the victim by deceiving the victim in collusion.
