A Imprisonment of one year, Defendant B, C, and E are punished by a fine of five million won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who imports, sells, and sells, active domestically-produced active booms G in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and is concurrently operated by China-China B, C, D, and E.

No imported goods shall be imported without filing a false report or filing a false report on the dutiable value, customs duty rate, etc. in order to affect the determination of the amount of customs duties.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while importing active scams in China, had the customs duty evaded due to the difference by falsely reporting the customs value to the customs office.

B From September 28, 2010 to November 29, 2010, the Defendant: (a) imported 250.9 tons U.S. dollars 285,115 U.S. dollars 187,150 out of the total transaction amount; (b) reported to the customs office of 187,1150 U.S. dollars; and (c) remitted 98,000 U.S. dollars 375,000 U.S. dollars 50 tons in Korea among the total transaction amount to the exporter based on the import declaration; and (d) made a false contract as if he purchases 500 U.S. dollars 375,000 U.S. dollars in Korea from September 28, 2010 to November 29, 201; and (e) adjusted customs duties by remitting 50,000 U.S. dollars 48,00 on November 19, 2022.

B. From January 14, 201 to December 30, 2011, the Defendant: (a) imported 1,742.98 tons U.S. dollars 1,480,280 of the total transaction amount by reporting it to a customs office of 1,390,466 U.S. dollars 1,390,466 of the total transaction amount; and (b) subsequently remitted 89,814 U.S. dollars to the exporter on the basis of the import declaration, and then subsequently, exempted the exporter from customs duties equivalent to 20,320,100 won by separately remitting 89,814 U.S. dollars.
