B On September 14, 2012, the Busan District Court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years in October 10, 2012 due to a violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 16, 2013.

1. The Defendants conspired to be supplied with and sell pseudo petroleum products (fake petroleum products) from their names in order to sell them.

A and B purchased approximately 7,562 liter of pseudo petroleum products dilutiond with a certain ratio from their names in the warehouse located in ethic City from September 7, 2009 to September 09, 15, 2009, and Defendant C stored them in two cargo units, such as F and G, in order to re-sale retailers.

2. Defendant A and I conspired to receive and sell pseudo petroleum products from an unqualified person.

H From October 209 to November 19:00, from the end of 2009 to the end of 19:00 on November 10, 2009, purchased melting approximately 2,00 liter in the above warehouse from the name in the container and divided it into 20 liter containers. I sold the above containers to the two cargo vehicles, such as J, and sold them to one hundred eight thousand won per container to the drivers of the above road, under the long-term high-speed bridge in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and sold them in Incheon, after being supplied with melter from H.
