Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 250,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a street in the primary city C's roads.

Any person who intends to build, rebuild, alter or remove structures, things or other installations in a road zone, or to occupy and use roads for other purposes, shall obtain permission from the road management agency.

Nevertheless, from May 31, 2013 to July 22, 2013, the Defendant occupied and used a road without permission by setting up a bulletin board within the urban planning road of one week C in the original city without permission from the competent viewing.
