Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and the victim B related to neighboring residents, and the Defendant’s wife, who settled cable broadcasting charges against multi-family housing, filed a claim for the settlement of cable broadcasting charges with the victim from July 2013. However, the victim raised an objection to future creative science department and C Cable Broadcasting on the ground that the victim’s self-payment of charges was unfair. Around 19:00 on May 29, 2017, the Defendant talked with the issue of raising cable broadcasting objection before Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, 103 on May 29, 2017, and 3 and 4 victims, including those related to cable broadcast C, among the victims, “Ise Ma, a national organization, and a cable broadcast organization,” and whether I raised an objection to such broadcast.
