1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff’s status 1) centered on the Plaintiff, the network D (the death of February 22, 1955) is an increased portion of the evidence and the network E (the death of November 27, 1957). The network D’s inherited property is the wife of the network G (the death of November 28, 1957) and the network F (the death of November 28, 1957). The network E, the South-North of the network E, the network E’s inherited property, the network F’s heir’s heir’s heir, and the Plaintiff, the South-North of the network F’s heir’s heir’s heir’s heir. 2) The Defendant is the current owner of the forest in Busan-do (the death of May 23, 2004).

B. 1) According to a certified copy of the forest register of this case and a certified copy of the register of the forest land of this case, the owner was changed as shown below. On July 21, 1919 as of the date of receipt of the owner’s name, the registration No. 3H on February 6, 1967 as of February 16, 1967 as of February 16, 4 I 4 I 1968 as of September 10, 1968, and the registration No. 50 on August 20, 1968 as to the transfer registration of the ownership of this case was entered on May 19, 198, and on July 19, 200, the registration No. 5 of the transfer registration of the ownership of this case was entered on August 20, 1968 as of May 19, 197, respectively.

C. On November 7, 1997, G of the current status of possession of the instant forest: (a) after completing the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant forest, it removed night trees that were planted in the instant forest; (b) harvested trees by planting them; and (c) cultivated high hip trees and withering trees on the upper part of the instant forest.

After the deceased G, the Plaintiff occupied and managed the forest of this case.
