A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

70,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[Majority-related relationship] On July 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on July 2, 2015, and completed the execution of the said sentence.

[2016 Highest 1146] Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the Metepopty, a local mental medicine, as follows:

On July 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.08g of philopon into a single-use injection machine at the Mourel where it is difficult to identify the trade name near D located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seocho-gu around 21:00 in a way that melts them into water with water.

2. 5. The Defendant was parked in the vicinity of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K Building around 00:00 on September 21, 2015;

L, in the car, approximately 0.08g of philophonephones were put into a single-use injection machine and administered in a way of melting them into water.

1. Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on April 21, 2016, the Defendant put about approximately 0.08g of Mebatop (one philopon), which is a local mental medicine, into a single-use injection machine, and melts them into the arms at the Moelel where it is difficult to know the trade name located in Yeongdeungpocheon-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City around the night of April 21, 2016.
