A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2020, the Defendant sent a mobile phone text message stating that money is lent to the victim at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around April 1, 2020; however, when the Defendant conspireds with the victim, he/she used the video containing the body of the victim taken when he/she asked the victim to receive money from the victim and received money from the victim; and on April 2, 2020, the Defendant received the card loan from the victim at the same place at around 7:49 on April 17, 2020.
