A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed that he would refuse to pay taxi charges to a taxi engineer in front of the Southern Police Station located in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Seoul, as Han River on August 16, 2014; and (b) expressed that the victim D (22 years of age) who is an auxiliary police officer belonging to the Seoul Southern Police Station 139 Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, who was working for the boundary at the same place, would restrain it; (c) expressed that “the victim D (22 years of age) was fried at the age of the width, whether he was fried or fried; and (d) expressed that “the victim’s hand was fried to kill the victim’s head, and assault the victim’s hand to spread this.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties on the assistance of auxiliary police officers in the security service, and at the same time, failed to identify the days of treatment to the victim.

2. At around 03:00 on August 16, 2014, the Defendant damaged public goods, while arrested and detained flagrant offenders under suspicion of obstruction of performance of official duties at the Criminal Team office of the Seodaemun Police Station as stated in paragraph (1), the Defendant asked the police officers to the wall of the office in excess of KRW 10,000 of the market price, which is the public goods located in the office, at approximately 172,00 won, of the cold and hot water racker (172,00 won), while stating, “I am kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the utility of public goods equivalent to the total market value of 182,000 won used by public offices.
