Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 9, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of 00:45 on alcohol level of 0.110% during blood transfusion, driven a C Almat-M vehicle with a distance of 5-18 (5-18), to the husband and wife of the member of the Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, while driving the C Almat-M vehicle in the direction of husband and wife in the direction of the Housing Desired Park located in the Handong-dong.

As above, Defendant 1 driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, such as rhythm of the horse, rhym of the horse, rhym of the horse, and driving the said shooting distance from the left side of the Defendant’s driving direction to the right side of the instant car, and she suffered from the victim FF (43 years old) who was on board the victim’s D driver’s vehicle with the front side of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle, by taking the front side of the instant cab and taking the Defendant into the front side of the Defendant’s driving direction to the victim D, for approximately two weeks of the victim’s f (the victim FF (the victim FF) who was on board the victim’s D driver’s vehicle, and suffered from the injury requiring medical treatment for about two weeks of the front troke and tension.

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the injury of people.

2. Around 00:45 on September 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a 30-meter Alti vehicle while under the influence of alcohol by 0.110% from the distance near a foreigner located in the Guldong-gu, Ansan-si to the place indicated in paragraph (1).
