Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

Nevertheless, around August 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received mobile phones and money exchange proceeds for money exchange business from “B” around August 1, 2014; and (b) conspired with “B” as “1,000 won per cash with customers if the calls from customers using the game room,” and in collusion with “10,000 won per cash, for which plastics was exchanged to KRW 4,500 per cash”; (b) around 14:50 on August 5, 2014, the Defendant received calls from male customers in distress and obtained through the use of game products from “B,” and (c) exchanged as an intangible result of the act of using the game from August 1, 2014 to August 1, 2014, the Defendant received 46 items card, which was the result of the call from male customers in distress; and (d) exchanged as 414,000 won in cash, which was the result of the acquisition of the average number of customers through the above method.

However, the defendant confessions the crime of this case, reflects his depth, and receives daily allowances under employment of the principal offender, and thereby commits the above crime.
