On June 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sold 50,00 networks (the estimated sales volume) of the 2015 PPP to the Defendant; (b) settled the purchase price in the way of a settlement after election, based on 21 km per network; (c) the Defendant first concluded a two-wave sales contract with the effect that “the Plaintiff shall pay advance payment for the quantity to be elected by calculating the minimum price per 10,000 won per network (hereinafter referred to as “the two-wave sales contract of June 19, 2015”); (d) the two-wave sales contract (Evidence A) signed between the Defendant and the Plaintiff on June 19, 2015, submitted to the board of directors for the Plaintiff’s “6th regular period of June 22, 2015” held on June 22, 2015.

The defendant is in accordance with the two-party sales contract dated June 24, 2015, as of June 19, 2015.
