A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violates the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts (the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts) is a person who operates a commercial sex acts establishment, which is equipped with shower facilities, five smuggling rooms, one employees air room, and CCTV facilities in Suwon-si B.

On June 5, 2014, around 17:20 on June 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) directed a police officer who pretended to be a male customer to receive KRW 90,00 as a price for sexual traffic; and (b) ordered a large number of unspecified customers to engage in sexual traffic in order to let him/her engage in similar intercourse, including bringing D into the above smuggling, from May 20, 2012 to June 5, 2014.

2. No person who violates the School Health Act shall perform any act or install any facilities harmful to juveniles in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zones;

From May 20, 2012 to June 5, 2014, the Defendant was equipped with the above “C” facilities, shower facilities, five smuggling, one employee waiting room, and CCTV, and operated the said business establishment in the school sanitary cleanup zone.
