1. Defendant G: (a) from September 6, 2013 to September 6, 2013; and (b) from the Plaintiff B, the Plaintiff’s KRW 48,000,000.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the parties 1) The defendant F is a multi-household detached house listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as the "building of this case"), consisting of five floors (101 to 105), five floors (106 to 110), five floors (201 to 205), three floors (301 to 304), and four units (304), etc.

(2) Defendant G, as a licensed real estate agent on March 2012, 2012, lent its license to H to a real estate agent, and H leased the license certificate from Defendant G to operate the “J Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” under Defendant G’s name after the establishment of the “J Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” under Defendant G’s name in Suwon-gu I Commercial Building (U.S. 101) adjacent to the instant building.

3) Defendant G, on behalf of the Defendant G, entered into a lease agreement with H on behalf of the Defendant G, under which each of the head offices of the instant building is monthly (hereinafter “monthly lease agreement”).

B. The Plaintiffs’ conclusion of the lease contract (hereinafter “each lease contract of this case”).

(1) On August 7, 2013, with the introduction of H, a person who acts as Defendant F’s agent, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff to rent KRW 41.79 square meters in the part (c) inside the ship (hereinafter “instant 303 square meters”) connected each of the three floors of the instant building (hereinafter “instant 303 square meters”) among the attached drawings (1), (3), (4), (6), (7, (8), (9), (1), (1), (2), and (2), to transfer the provisional contract amount of KRW 4 million to Defendant F’s account on August 29, 2013; and (3) on September 7, 2013, the former deposit amount of KRW 70 million and the former lease period of KRW 303 from September 7, 2013 to September 6, 2015.

Plaintiff

A transferred KRW 26 million to H’s account on September 4, 2013, and KRW 40 million to Defendant F’s account on September 6, 2013, respectively, and was handed over by H on September 7, 2013.

2) On January 4, 2014, Plaintiff B and the first floor of the instant building, which are located in Defendant F’s agent, indicated in the annexed drawings (2) (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), and (20 square meters of the part on board (d) connected each point in sequence.
