Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a BSP car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

피고인은 2017. 8. 9. 23:50 경 혈 중 알코올 농도 0.156% 의 술에 취한 상태에서 위 자동차를 운전하여 천안시 서 북구 성정동 천안 우체국 앞 편도 3 차로의 도로를 뱅뱅 사거리 방면에서 노동부 사거리 방면으로 3 차로를 따라 미 상의 속도로 진행하게 되었다.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury, such as salt, tensions, etc., which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.156% in a section of about 1km from the front of the Yellow-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu to the front of the post office in the Sung-dong, Sung-dong, Sung-dong, to the day indicated in paragraph (1).
