1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a company with the objective of insurance business, etc. run by the Insurance Business Act. The Plaintiff is a person who concluded a contract with the Defendant for commission of insurance solicitors from December 2012 to March 2014 and performed the business of soliciting insurance contracts, etc. entrusted by the Defendant.

B.
