1. Loan cases between SB Savings Bank and the Defendant: (a) Seoul Central District Court 2014 tea5022.

Description of Claim

The SB Savings Bank applied for a payment order against the defendant et al. to the Seoul Central District Court 2014 tea5022, and the above payment order was finalized on February 6, 2014 upon receipt of payment order from the above court.

On December 19, 2014, the Plaintiff was delegated with the authority to notify the assignment of claims by the Escar Savings Bank upon the transfer of claims under the above payment order. On March 12, 2015, the Plaintiff sent the notice of assignment of claims to the Defendant on December 19, 2015, but did not arrive in the absence of text.

After that, on October 8, 2015, a duplicate of the complaint of this case containing the Plaintiff’s notification of assignment of claims reaches the Defendant.

The plaintiff shall request this court to grant an execution clause pursuant to Article 33 of the Civil Execution Act.
