Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 40,000 won shall be one day.

On February 4, 2011, the Defendant, at around 03:30 on February 4, 201, committed an act of creating uneasiness in C in the Dong-gu Daejeon District.
