A Imprisonment with prison labor for two years and for one year and six months, respectively.
However, as to Defendant A, this shall not apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are elementary, middle, and high school clubs, and Defendant A is the operator of “F” in Gyeonggi-si E, and Defendant B is the manager of the above F.
Since the commencement of the business on July 2, 2014, the FF began to be a hostile management from the first half of 2015 to the first half of 2015, and Defendant A was operated from the first half of 2017 to Nov. 2, 2017.
1. On November 6, 2017, the Defendants proposed a fire prevention that Defendants A, while drinking alcohol at a mutual influorial screen golf club located in the luminous area at the time of Gyeonggi-si, Defendant A proposed a fire prevention that “F funeral is not well-grounded, as he was subscribed to fire insurance, he would bring a fire insurance policy, and start a new stop.” Defendant B consented thereto.
On November 8, 2017, the Defendants: (a) 20:00, around the 20:00 Twit-rith of light coal located in the G-rith of the G-rith (U.S.), but (b) on the I-rith (H) located in the same city where Defendant B was driving, after drinking alcohol at the I-rith (H), and then purchased Poter oil and so on through a set, at the convenience store located in JJ in the same city.
Then, on November 9, 2017, the Defendants: (a) moved back to the above F building through the field of camping near L located in K in Gyeonggi-si in Gyeonggi-si; and (b) Defendant A entered the multi-use rooftop of the above building; (c) laid down fire out of the multi-use room by using the gater oil and the gater; and (d) laid down outside the above F building in a multi-use manner, and caused damage to the wall, rooftop, internal air conditioning, etc. in the market by lring the above F building.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit a fire to the general structure.
2. Defendant B
A. On November 8, 2017, the Defendant obtained a driver’s license from the road located in M in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, to the first road located in H during the Gyeonggi-si, with approximately KRW 17 km from November 8, 2017.
