Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 17, 2013, at around 22:55, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) driven B rocketing and another car with a alcohol content of 0.209%; and (b) proceeds along three-lanes from the inserting bridge along the intersection of the distance front of the windsurury road located in the Paju-si Dong-dong, Paju-si.
