Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a C-A-Wurt Motor Vehicle.

On April 15, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on April 17:28, 2013, and proceeded along the two-lanes of the said road at the speed of about 161 km from the middle point of the X-ray tunnel to the direction of the public corporation.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 자신의 주행차로 전방에서 진행하고 있던 차량들을 추월할 목적으로 속도를 줄이지 않은 채 전방에서 진행하고 있던 차량의 진행 모습을 잘 살피지 않고 1차로로 차로를 변경하려한 과실로 마침 피고인의 진행방향 전방 2차로에서 진행하던 D 냉동탑차가 1차로로 차로를 변경하는 것을 발견하고 조향장치를 급하게 우측으로 조작하면서 위 도로의 우측 옹벽을 피고인의 차량 우측 앞 펜더 부분으로 들이받고 이어서 피고인의 진행방향 전방 2차로를 진행하던 피해자 E이 운전하는 F 그랜드 스타렉스 승합차의 뒤 범퍼 부분을 피고인의 차량 앞 범퍼 부분으로 들이받은 후, 그 충격으로 좌측으로 재차 튕겨져 나가면서 위 도로의 좌측 옹벽을 피고인 차량 앞 범퍼 부분으로 들이받은 다음 다시 위 그랜드 스타렉스 승합차의 좌측 취 측면 부분을 피고인의 차량 우측 앞 펜더 부분으로 들이받았다.
