[Defendant A] On February 4, 2009, the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office received juvenile protective disposition 10 times due to the same kind of crime, such as theft, and was sentenced 1 year and six months from the Incheon District Court on December 5, 2013. On October 17, 2014, Defendant A completed the execution of the sentence in the Sungsung Vocational Training Correctional Institution.

On December 5, 2013, the Incheon District Court sentenced imprisonment for a maximum of one year and six months and a short of one year, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 16, 2014 at the Kimcheon Juvenile Reformatory.
