Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of driving a motor device B bicycle.

On May 19, 2015, the Defendant driven a bicycle for the motor device at around 04:52, and driven a five-lane road in front of the Korea University Ki University Kidong in Seongbuk-ro Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, in accordance with three-lanes from the side of the Seoul Sejong Cancer Police Station to the 40-lane in speed.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as the pressure pressure of the first main body, which requires approximately 12 weeks of treatment due to such occupational negligence.
