Punishment of the crime

1. On August 14, 2014, at around 10:00, the injured Defendant discovered the phrase “F phone number was changed” on the message among D apartment 304 Dong 1506, the Defendant’s residence in Busan Northern-gu, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s cell phone of the victim E (the age of 38) (the age of 38), and tried to read “I am the Defendant’s phone number was changed” to read “I am the same year??? I am the Defendant’s phone??? I am the Defendant called “I am????? I am??? I am??? I am?? I am the victim’s head with his head, and am? 2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2014. 8. 14. 13:15경 부산 북구 G에 있는 H파출소에서 제1항 기재와 같이 E을 폭행한 혐의로 현행범인으로 체포된 후 위 H파출소에 있던 부산북부경찰서 H파출소 소속 경위 I에게 "씹할 내 잡아온 놈 누구냐, 내 팔 꺽은 놈 누고 니재! 개새끼야!"라고 욕설을 하면서 위 경위 I의 얼굴에 침을 뱉는 등 폭행하고, 피고인의 인적사항을 묻는 위 H파출소 소속 경장 J에게 "야! 십할놈아! 내 팔 꺽은 놈이 누구냐, 니놈과 함께 온새끼가 누구냐!"라고 욕설을 하면서 오른손으로 위 경장 J의 왼쪽 빰을 1회 때려 폭행하였다.
