On May 15, 2010, the Plaintiff indicated the claim, lent KRW 150,000,000 to Defendant A Co., Ltd., and Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan debt to the Plaintiff of A Co., Ltd. with Defendant C, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff the above KRW 150,000,000 and the damages for delay.
