Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2014, at around 14:00, the Defendant driven a bwing-III cargo vehicle with approximately 2 km from the front day of the “Yak Construction” road in the Pungnam-Eup Pung-si Pungdong to the front day of the Central Road in the same Eup/Myeon, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.062%, while under the influence of alcohol.
