A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking), etc. in the support for the childbirth of the Suwon Friwon method, and on February 4, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) in the same court on February 4, 2013.
