1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 68,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 14, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On January 28, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a DNA repair work contract between C and the Defendant and completed the repair work.
B. However, the Defendant paid only KRW 20,000,000 among the total construction cost of KRW 88,000,000, and did not pay any balance.
C. Therefore, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the remainder of the construction cost of KRW 68,000,000 and delay damages therefor.
