1. The defendant shall pay 24,692,00 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 22, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, it can be acknowledged that the plaintiff was not paid 24,692,000 won out of the processing price, upon receiving a request for a gold processing from the defendant from June 2010 to July 2013.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 24,692,00, which is the balance of the processing cost, and the damages for delay calculated by the annual 20% per annum from April 22, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is obviously a day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendant, as requested by the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
