1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 37,438,50 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from April 14, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

‘‘(2) The judgment of confession made due to the Defendant’s absence (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendant did not appear on the date of pleading after receiving the original copy of the payment order and submitting a specific response, and therefore, the Defendant is deemed to have led to the confession of the facts stated on the cause of the claim in accordance with Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
