A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

When the Defendant reached the lending limit and making it difficult for additional loans in the name of the Defendant, the Defendant thought that he was using the mobile phone (D) and the passbook (Account Number) in the name of pro-friendly C, and that he did not intend or have the ability to repay the borrowed money even if he applied for the loan under the name of pro-friendly C, but did not intend or have the ability to do so.

On August 3, 2016, the Defendant came to the 3 Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. according to the intention of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. Around August 3, 2016, the Defendant prepared in advance and presented C’s resident registration certificate as if the Defendant was C, followed the Defendant as if the Defendant was C, and then entered in the Hyundai Capital Heavy Loan Agreement which was kept there, “C” in the sex name column, “G”, and the seat address and real residence column in the name of the bank, “D”, and the bank name column in the “E”, “E”, and the agreed amount in the product condition column, and the name of the applicant column and the name of the applicant shall be signed and exercised.
