Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a geographical relationship between the victim B (the age of 24) and the Defendant from around 2015 to C University Department’s meetings, such as allowing the Defendant to reside together in the Defendant’s domicile from March 2019.

1. Violence: (a) around 15:00 p.m. on June 2019, the Defendant was at least three times the victim’s amblock due to the large water reservoir on the ground that he did not clean up the building in Chuncheon City, D, and E.

② On August 7, 2019, the Defendant met the Defendant’s chests at the same place on the grounds that he did not answer how 200,000 won of his card was repaid or not.

③ 피고인은 2019. 9. 10. 21:00경 같은 장소에서 집안 청소를 하지 않았다는 이유로 요리용 커다란 수저로 피해자의 엉덩이를 3회 때리고 차렷 자세를 하게 한 후 왼쪽 허벅지를 발로 2회 걷어찼다.

④ On September 15, 2019, around 24:00, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol in “G”, an entertainment drinking club located in Chuncheon City F, when the Defendant got the victim as bad, he/she sawd twice as her bad.

⑤ At around 20:00 at the end of September 2019, the Defendant: (a) placed three amblocks in his/her own residence on the ground that the victim did not clean the house.

⑥ 피고인은 2019. 10. 14. 02:00경 자신의 주거지 건물 1층 현관 앞에서 피해자와 대화를 하던 중 기분을 나쁘게 하였다는 이유로 차렷 자세를 취하게 한 후 왼쪽 허벅지를 2회 걷어찼다.

⑦ 피고인은 2020. 2. 7. 14:00경 자신의 주거지에서 피해자가 집안청소를 하였으나 마음에 들지 않는다는 이유로 요리용 커다란 수저로 엉덩이를 2회 때리고 차렷 자세를 하게 한 후 왼쪽 허벅지를 2회 걷어찼다.

2. On February 29, 2020, the Defendant, on the ground that at around 07:15 on February 29, 202, the Defendant was shocked, such as “an injured party’s life”, on the ground that the victim would not take a bath to the people around the ordinary world.
