1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) The Chuncheon District Court shall make a registration office for each real estate listed in the separate sheet 1 and 2;
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. In order to secure the obligation of KRW 50,00,000 against the deceased C (hereinafter “the deceased”), the Plaintiff respectively filed a provisional registration of the right to claim transfer of ownership on November 14, 201 with the Chuncheon District Court No. 7564, Nov. 14, 201, as to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 7564, as to the Defendant on November 14, 201, as to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, and as to the three real estate listed in the separate sheet, the Chuncheon District Court of Chuncheon (Ucheon) issued a provisional registration of the right to claim transfer of ownership on November 14, 201 with the receipt of No. 7565, Nov. 14, 2011.
B. On November 29, 2013, the Plaintiff repaid the principal and interest to the Deceased.
C. The Deceased died on October 9, 2014, and the Defendant, a child, inherited the Deceased.
The plaintiff seeks the defendant to cancel the registration of the above right to claim the transfer of ownership.
