Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 9, 2015, around 08:30, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim B (here, 18 years of age) who was in the front of the garage 28-12, An Ansan-dong 28-12, was mixed, discovered that he fell from the mixed; and (b) carried out a brucing act by using the sexual flag as a brush and booming the brus; and (c) carried out an obscene act.
