1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 1,540,000.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons
1. On October 17, 2014, the Plaintiff indicated and leased to the Defendant the part of KRW 101 of the C Ground Building at Jinju-si, with a deposit of KRW 5,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 400,000.
After that, on November 20, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant changed the deposit amount of the above lease to KRW 1,000,000 and monthly rent to KRW 440,000.
However, the defendant did not pay the monthly rent after January 22, 2015.
Therefore, the Plaintiff seek payment of KRW 1,540,000,000,000,000 from March 1, 2015 to June 15, 2015, after the date of delinquency in rent.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
