『2019고단2999』 피고인은 2019. 7. 15. 14:20경 서울 중랑구 B에 있는 피고인의 집에서, ‘존속폭행 사건으로 접근금지 결정을 받은 아들이 다시 집에 돌아왔다’는 내용의 112신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 서울중랑경찰서 C지구대 소속 순경 D이 피고인에게 위 존속폭행 사건에 대해 질문하자 아무런 이유 없이 위 D에게 “짭새새끼야, 너 칼로 찔러 죽이고 빵에 다시 들어가도 상관없다, 사시미칼로 내려꽂아 죽여버리겠다”라고 욕설을 하며 손으로 D의 멱살을 잡는 등 폭행하였다.

around 23:30 on July 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stated that he was refused to offer a proposal from the victim’s E-building f of Seoul Jung-gu E-gu, Seoul, and the victim’s G (at the age of 39) on the ground that he was dismissed; (b) stated that he was placed on the floor of the victim’s head, thereby putting him on the floor, and “the victim’s face on the floor of drinking and hand,” and expressed a bath to “the victim’s body on the floor of drinking and hand,” and (c) carried the victim’s body on the part of the victim several occasions in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the victim.
