Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:40 on June 17, 2014, the Defendant committed assault by two police officers, such as G, etc. in the F Zone G, etc. belonging to the Gyeongnam Police Station F Zone G, which was called upon 112 report, to listen to the circumstances of the instant case while leaving two police officers, such as the Defendant and two police officers of the Gyeongnam Police Station F Zone G, etc., dispatched after receiving 112 report, and attempted to listen to the instant case. The Defendant used the said G to “one unilaterally feasible feas, to feasten, to kill, and to drum off,” and used the said G as “one’s chest unilaterally.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported duties.
