1. Basic facts
A. In around 1989, the Plaintiff, the Defendant, and C (hereinafter “original Defendant, etc.”) jointly purchased 29 parcels of land and one building located in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and the Defendant, out of the total purchase price of KRW 510,00,00, the purchase price of KRW 306,000 equivalent to KRW 3/5, and the Plaintiff and C shall bear KRW 102,00,000 corresponding to each 1/5, and thereafter, the sale price of the said real estate shall be distributed according to the above investment ratio.
B. Accordingly, the original Defendant, etc. purchased each of the real estate listed below (hereinafter “the instant purchased real estate”) and completed the registration of transfer of ownership as indicated in the “registration titleholder” column of the relevant Table on the relevant day indicated below.
Defendant 1: (a) on April 30, 1991, the registered titleholder 1 E- 1,69 square meters of land subject to division; (b) on April 30, 1991; (c) Defendant F 2,301 square meters of G 129 square meters of 496 square meters; (d) Defendant 1,716 square meters of G 1,716 square meters of 31,74 square meters of 1,74 square meters of 1,634 square meters of 1,634 square meters of 1,663 square meters of 97; (c) Defendant 2,585 square meters of A; (d) Defendant 2,585 square meters of A; (d) 3,474 square meters of land A; and (d) Defendant 2,574 square meters of land A; and (e) Defendant 4,6360 square meters of farmland prior to 14, 1932 square meters of land B;
AF (100/21785 shares), AG (100/217885 shares), AH (100/21785 shares) AE forest 112,860 square meters in AE forest 12,860 square meters in AI land 121,686 square meters in June 21, 1990, C (90281/121686 shares) and AJ (31405/1286 shares) after the Defendant fully purchased AJ shares, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the Defendant on July 3, 200.
AK Forest Land C (1/2 shares) and AJ (1/2 shares) after the Defendant purchased the entire shares of AJ, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant on July 3, 2000.
