B The directors of the D Association in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-si (hereinafter referred to as the “D Association”), and the Defendant A was a former director of the D Association.

On December 24, 2018, Defendants and E-F, G, auditor H, and executive director I called an emergency board of directors on the ground of an accident or replacement of the president, even though the president of the instant DDR, who has the authority to call the board of directors, did not call the board of directors.

However, the president, as a non-standing worker, did not have a duty to work at the office of the instant D Association at all times, and on December 21, 2018, the appeal of dismissal from position was made on the ground that he was dismissed from position on December 21, 2018, and he did not receive contact with the Defendant A and I to avoid continuous objection, but did not cause an accident or a vacancy.

Nevertheless, the Defendants, the above E, F, and G convened an emergency board of directors in violation of the articles of incorporation, and rejected the J of the president and passed a resolution to elect Defendant B as the chief director acting for the president.

1. On December 24, 2018, Defendant A’s intrusion and theft Defendant was in the former office located in the association of this case around 14:00 on December 24, 2018. As such, Defendant A’s intrusion and theft took place in writing in the name of the head of the business support team who is in custody.

At the office of the business support team of the instant association located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, the defendant entered the above office managed by the victim, without permission of the victim K, who is the head of the business support team.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the room managed by the victim.

B. The thief Defendant was in custody of the victim on his books without the above victim K’s consent at the above time and place. The instant case is managed by the victim.
