Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2019, at around 00:25, at the New East Station platform located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) 58 years old; (b) ran the Defendant who was suffering from the disturbance in the subway, and kidd the victim’s sphere, and bread the breath by hand; and (c) kid the victim’s breath, the victim taken the flag image, and flad the victim’s right shoulder by making the victim flading the victim’s right shoulder; and (d) flading the victim beyond the floor, the Defendant breaddd the chest boom, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
