1. Basic facts

A. On September 14, 1993, Defendant D completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the buildings listed in the attached Table 1 located on the above land (hereinafter “instant building”) and the previous land, Young-gun G-gun G-gun, Jeonnam-gun, 2317 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. The Korea Asset Management Corporation applied for a compulsory auction on the instant land and building to Gwangju District Court H, and the part concerning the instant building was withdrawn from the application for the said compulsory auction.

Plaintiff

A on November 20, 2007, the land of this case was sold during the compulsory auction procedure, and on January 17, 2008, the registration of ownership transfer was completed to Plaintiff B and C with respect to each of 1/3 shares out of the land of this case.

C. Defendant E is the mother of Defendant D, and the Plaintiff A is residing in the instant building from November 20, 2007 to November 20, 2007.

2. Current status of the instant land;

A. Of the instant land, there are housing units as shown in subparagraph (j), and warehouses as described in subparagraph (k).

B. Attached Form 2 (g) and (h) are roads on which asphalt packaging is made, and the Defendants have access to housing with contributions by using (g) and (h) parts.

(c) As regards the attached Form 2 appraisal map (i) and (f), trees are planted, and the part (d) is used as a garden.

2. The portion of appraisal (Ma) is cement packaging, and the Defendants are not using the said portion as entry.

E. Of the instant land, the rent from November 20, 207 to February 18, 2019 as shown in attached Form 3 for the portion of (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), and (i) attached hereto.
