1. Defendant C: (a) from May 24, 2016 to Plaintiff A, KRW 153,00,000, KRW 154,000 to Plaintiff B, and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) On April 2, 2002, Plaintiff A lent Defendant C total of KRW 13,000,000,000, KRW 17,000,00 on May 17, 2002, KRW 10,000 on November 1, 2002, KRW 36,000,000 on November 5, 2002, KRW 30,000 on November 15, 2002, KRW 30,000 on January 17, 200, KRW 13,000,000,000 on January 17, 200, KRW 130,000,00 on KRW 13,000,00 on May 17, 200, KRW 3000 on September 30, 200; and KRW 9,300 on September 27, 2000.
3) On September 11, 2006, Defendant C prepared a certificate of borrowing KRW 153,00,000 from the Plaintiff and ordered the Plaintiff A to borrow KRW 124,00,000 in total from the Plaintiff. Each of the above amounts was the amount settled the interest accrued until September 11, 2006 on the amount borrowed from the Plaintiffs as described in the above 1) and 2). (B) On August 31, 2006, Plaintiff C borrowed KRW 13,00,000 in the E’s account with KRW 13,00,000,000 in total from G account with KRW 13,00,000 in total, KRW 30,000 in total from G account with KRW 4,00,000 in total, KRW 30,000 in total from the Plaintiff’s loan account with KRW 300,00 in total,00 in 30,000.

2. Determination
A. According to the facts acknowledged prior to the determination of the Plaintiff’s claim, Defendant C is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a loan and interest of KRW 153,000,000, and damages for delay.
B. According to the facts acknowledged prior to the determination of the Plaintiff B’s claim, Defendant C is first based on the facts with respect to the Plaintiff B.
Loans mentioned in paragraph (1) and interest 124,000,000 won and damages for delay shall be paid.
