Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Daegu District Court on November 22, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 18, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
Defendant A, around 07:59 on September 29, 2018, called “2018 Gohap580,” the victim E, a child or juvenile under hospitalized treatment, who is a child or juvenile under hospitalized treatment (the age of 14) at the fourth-story intensive care room in Daegu-gu D Hospital in which he/she is being hospitalized, as well as the victim E, a child or juvenile under hospitalized treatment (the age of 14), entices the victim into a toilet.
