A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 16, 2015, the Defendant sentenced on January 16, 2015, the Busan District Court sentenced one year and six months to imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Intimidation, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence on March 30, 2016.

On March 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was confined to Daegu prison in the Daegu Sinwon-Eup Sslin 2624, and (b) expressed his desire not to prescribe a disguised medication on the ground that the Defendant would take a disguised medication excessively while receiving medical treatment from a medical officer in the Daegu prison clinic on March 19, 2018; and (c) assault B’s face with a notice board on the face of the paper.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted a medical officer to interfere with the legitimate execution of duties concerning patient treatment.

On March 17, 2017, the Defendant sentenced the Busan District Court to imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. on March 17, 2017, and three months from the same court to the obstruction of business on August 24, 2017, respectively, and completed the execution of the sentence by the Daegu Prison on August 19, 2018.
